All accounts are set up manually by a technician. Turnaround time is
usually one business day. We will contact you via email when your account is active.
Pricing
There are no setup fees, upgrade charges, or long term contracts with TimeDirect®.
Monthly fee:
$8 U.S. per user
A "user" is any individual with a TimeDirect logon id to enter time and expenses.
Each employee will generally be a user. User accounts can be "inactivated" by a system administrator
to prevent logon, but time and expense data remains for reporting purposes. There is no charge for
inactivated user accounts.
Minimum monthly charge is $40 U.S. or the equivalent of 5 users.
Volume discounts start at greater than 200 users.

Signing Up and Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and can issue an eMail invoice. Paper invoices
via regular postal mail can be requested depending on your specific needs.
Non United States customers must use a credit card account for monthly fees.
All setup and/or monthly charges are subject to change without notice.
Any account with a delinquent payment of more than 15 days will be disabled.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If within the first 30 days of using the TimeDirect®
system, you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
upon receipt of written notification of your desire to stop using
TimeDirect®,
we will disable your account, and you will not be charged any monthly fee.
After 30 days, you may cancel your account at any time through written notice,
and you will be billed only through the current month.
